OJSC Electric Power Plants, acting as the Executing Agency for the Uch-Kurgan Hydropower Plant Modernization Project, financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), invites manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and other interested industry stakeholders to participate in the Early Market Engagement (EME) event for Package No. 1 – Dredging Equipment and Related Services.
The purpose of the event is to conduct a technical dialogue with potential market participants, gather feedback to further improve the Technical Specifications, and ensure that the forthcoming procurement reflects current industry capabilities and international best practices.

Technical Survey Questionnaire
A copy of the Technical Survey Questionnaire may be obtained by sending a request to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) at: piu3@es.kg
Completed Technical Survey Questionnaires should be submitted to piu3@es.kg no later than the Close of Business (COB) on 14 August 2026.
The information received through the Technical Survey Questionnaire will serve as input to the technical dialogue during the Early Market Engagement event.
