REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications, professional experience, and competencies to perform the Services in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the respective position.
Qualifications:
• Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in environmental science, environmental management, ecology, biodiversity conservation, natural resources management, or another field directly relevant to the assignment.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in environmental management, biodiversity or wildlife conservation, natural resources management, environmental due diligence, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting donor-financed projects; experience with World Bank-financed operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creativity in developing new systems for the Project.
• Experience in designing and delivering training, preparing technical documentation, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring consultant or service-provider outputs.
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to prepare clear technical reports and monitoring records.
