REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Agricultural Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the framework of the “Phase 1 for the Kyrgyz Republic under the One Health Program for Pandemic Prevention, Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia” Project (the One Health Project), hereby invites qualified individuals to express their interest in the following vacant positions:

1. Project Coordinator;
2. Procurement Specialist;
3. Disbursement Specialist;
4. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist;
5. Social Development Specialist.

Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications, professional experience, and competencies to perform the Services in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the respective position.

Expressions of Interest should be submitted by e-mail to procurement@apiu.kg, clearly indicating the title of the position applied for in the subject line. The deadline for submission is 6:00 p.m. (Bishkek time) on August 5, 2026.

To participate in the competitive selection process, candidates are required to submit the following documents:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Russian and English;
• Copy of passport (or national identity card);
• Copies of documents confirming the required education, professional experience, and qualifications (diplomas, certificates, and other supporting documents).

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
