REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Agricultural Projects Implementation Unit (APIU) under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the framework of the “Climate-Resilient Agricultural Value Chain Development Project” (CRAVCDP), hereby invites eligible companies from ADB member countries to express their interest in the selection of a Consultant For Training Farmer Groups In “Climate‑Adapted Agronomic Methods Of Production And Storage To Reduce Losses”.
Interested companies are required to submit information in both Russian and English, using the prescribed template, demonstrating their qualifications to perform the services under the Assignment. The submission should include key information about the organization and a company profile demonstrating relevant experience in the required field, in accordance with the qualification requirements.
Companies will be selected in accordance with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Procurement Guidelines.
Interested companies may refer to the Terms of Reference (ToR), which provide detailed information about the assignment.
Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and supporting documents shall be duly prepared and delivered, either in hard copy or electronically, to the address indicated below no later than 18:00 (local time) on September 2, 2026.
