REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Agricultural Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the framework of the “Phase 1 for the Kyrgyz Republic under the One Health Program for Pandemic Prevention, Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia” Project (the One Health Project), hereby invites qualified individuals to express their interest in the following vacant position: Information Support Specialist / Translator (Terms of Reference).
Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications, professional experience, and competencies to perform the Services in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the position:
- University degree in Philology/Humanities or a related field – up to 5 points;
- Demonstrated experience in providing interpretation and translation services under projects and programs financed by international donors – up to 30 points;
- Excellent command of Kyrgyz, Russian, and English languages – up to 25 points;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Kyrgyz is mandatory – up to 25 points;
- Knowledge of agricultural, veterinary, financial, and other technical terminology in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz – up to 10 points;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) – up to 5 points.
