REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the procurement of Electric Cargo Vans and Charging Stations on behalf of Universal Postal Union (UPU):
Lot 1. Supply of Electric Cargo Vans
Lot 2. Supply of Charging Stations
When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ Instructions and Data. Please note that quotations must be submitted directly in the system by responding to the questions and uploading the required documents by the date and time indicated in the online portal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline or outside the online portal, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
Quotations must be submitted directly in the Quantum Supplier Portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may already have in the portal.
Please follow the instructions in the user guide to search for the tender using the Negotiation ID indicated in this document.
In case you have never registered before, you may register a profile using the Supplier Registration link also shared via the procurement notice and by following the instructions in the guides available on the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders
Please do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the “Forgotten Password” feature in case you do not remember your password or username from a previous registration.
