As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position: Procurement Assistant

Qualification Requirements:

Higher education in finance, procurement, logistics, law, or related fields;

  • At least one year of experience working on international projects as a procurement assistant or procurement specialist;
  • Good knowledge of public procurement procedures, procurement of the World Bank and/or other international organizations;
  • Certificates confirming professional knowledge and skills in public and international procurement are an advantage.
  • Fluency in languages: Russian, English (written and oral), knowledge of Kyrgyz is desirable.
  • Computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer), access to the Public Procurement Portal.
