National Procurement Expert (NPE)

The ADB Kyrgyz Resident Mission is seeking a National Procurement Expert (NPE) who will be assisting ADB Procurement staff to support Executing agencies and Implementing agencies on procurement-related matters

It is expected that NPE will also perform some independent activities for relatively simple procurement. 

The successful candidates must meet the following criteria to qualify:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or Technical studies.
• At least 10 years' experience in procurement and contract management, preferably with ADB or other multilateral banks.
• First-hand experience of procurement of civil works and consultancy contracts in health and social, power, transport, water, and urban sectors.
• Knowledge of English, Russian, and Kyrgyz, good communication skills.
• Experience of work with ADB projects preferred.

The deadline for the submission of the Expression of Interest is 13 May 2026
