As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position:

Healthcare Quality Consultant – Dashboard

 Qualification Requirements:

• Higher medical education in General Medicine, Pediatrics, Public Health, or another relevant field, with postgraduate training or specialization;
• Experience in managing and participating in interagency working groups, developing strategic and regulatory documents in the field of health, including the reform of PHC and health digitalization;
• Experience in organizing and conducting educational events, training sessions, and training for healthcare workers;
• Experience in preparing analytical, final, and monitoring reports, developing methodological and presentation materials, as well as monitoring and evaluating the results of training events;
• Experience in interacting with international organizations and development partners, including WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, and other international health projects;
• Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
