Deadline for Submission of Bids: 8 January 2025, 16:00 hrs. (Bishkek Time)

The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Strengthening Regional Health Security Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Microbiology Equipment and Reagents (the “Goods”).

Open Competitive Bidding (international advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this Bidding:

• Minimum average annual turnover: calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years: 1,500,000 USD or 128,000,000.00 KGS
• Successful completion as a main supplier within the last five (5) years of at least one (1) contract with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule of Supply), valued at 1,600,000 USD or 136,000,000.00 KGS

Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

Price Schedule will be opened after the Technical Evaluation Report is signed and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
