Request for quotations for the supply of automated portable weight control stations

The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (the Purchaser) invites interested companies that meet the established requirements to participate in the tender and requests them to submit their price proposals for the supply of the following goods, including installation: automated portable weight control stations for servicing the section of the Issyk-Kul ring road from Korumdu to Balbay Baatyr.

The goods must be delivered to Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, and the delivery period is ninety (90) days from the date of entry into force of the contract under Incoterms 2020 / CIP to the buyer's destination, assembly, inspection/testing, commissioning, and training.

1. Wireless portable wheel scales, including loading ramps in both directions of travel, with batteries, charger, 4 sets of spare batteries
2. Wireless portable terminal (indicator) with ticket printer, USB flash drive connector, LCD display, including batteries, mains charging cable, carrying case, software for checking weight in “.csv” format (values separated by commas) or similar format convertible to Excel software. Including 10 rolls of printer paper and 4 sets of spare batteries
3. Weight control vehicle, including all goods, materials, tools, equipment, etc., listed and described in the technical specifications

Interested eligible international and local companies that meet the requirements and wish to supply the above goods may obtain the Request for Quotation documentation and additional information by contacting the Project Implementation Unit of the Islamic Development Bank MOTC KR during business hours from 09:00 to 17:00 local time at the address below.

Interested suppliers (power of attorney required) must submit their price proposals (commercial proposals) and the necessary supporting documents no later than 15:00 (Bishkek time) on March 16, 2026, indicating the addresses with signatures in a sealed envelope to the following address:
