Published: 24 February 2016 г.
According to monitoring findings, the Sverdlovsky District Court of Bishkek is the leader in publishing judicial acts and information on proceedings on the website www.sot.kg. The monitoring has been performed by the Public Foundation “Sustenance and Development of the Rule of Law” (herein referred to as Foundation) with support from the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Foundation monitors data provided by the pilot courts of Sverdlovsky, Pervomaisky, Oktyabrsky and Leninsky districts and the Inter-district Court for Review of Economic Cases in Bishkek and seeks to improve public access to the published judicial acts and information of proceedings. This initiative is supported by the Collaborative Governance Program funded by the US Government and DFID.

The monitoring includes the collection of statistics on court cases, court sessions, and judicial acts published on the website www.sot.kg; obtaining information from court specialists; and the calculation of scores on those courts and judges that were monitored and the associated monitoringfindings.

The Sverdlovsky District Court led the other courts that were monitored with a score of 79.28%.  The Pervomaisky District Court was ranked 2nd with the score of 52.35%, while the Oktyabrsky District Court in Bishkek was ranked 3rd.

As for the monitoring of individual judges, those judges assigned to the Sverdlovsky and Pervomaisky District Courts were found to be the most committed to implementing the principles of transparency and public accessibility to judicial acts and court proceedings.
