Kyrgyz citizens and other citizens with resident permit in the Kyrgyz Republic travelling to Estonia can apply for Schengen visa at the Embassy of Switzerland at Bishkek starting from 14 August 2014.
The Embassy of Switzerland in Bishkek treats applications for short term visas up to 90 days. Applications for national visas have to be handed in at the Embassy of Estonia in Astana.
All clients are kindly requested to apply personally at the Swiss Embassy as biometric data of all applicants is required. The Schengen wide Visa Information System simplifies visa procedures, facilitates checks at the external border crossing points of the Schengen zone and ensures security of the visa holders.
Currently the Embassy of Switzerland in Bishkek issues visas for Switzerland, Poland and Slovenia. Visa applicants are invited to apply personally at the Swiss Embassy: 21 Erkindik boulvard, 720040 Bishkek, 11th floor.
