Expert on Calculation of Overheads for Civil Society Organizations

Request for Applications (RFA)

The CED Project is seeking an expert, or team of experts/firms, to strengthen capacity of selected NGOs in calculation and management of overhead costs. The expert/s will assess current methods, identify gaps, develop standardized methodologies, conduct training sessions for NGO staff, and support the integration of the overhead system in each NGO’s budget. 

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial standards and donor requirements.
• Proven capacity-building experience.
• At least, one consultant from the proposed team of consultants shall be fluent in Russian. Knowledge of the Kyrgyz language is an asset. 

Terms of reference

Application Process: Interested consultants should submit their CV, cover letter detailing the methodology for implementation of the assignment with the work plan, examples of similar work, and a financial proposal, by 6 pm, August 4th, 2024 (Bishkek time). References from previous customers would be an asset.
