Background
The Kyrgyzstan Mountain Societies Development Support Programme (MSDSP KG), an initiative of AKF, is a locally registered public foundation that seeks to improve the livelihoods of select communities in Kyrgyzstan’s mountain areas. MSDSP KG implements a range of integrated interventions in inclusive economic development, agriculture, and food security, education and health, and early childhood development in collaboration with community-based groups and local government authorities. Enhancing local governance and improving climate change resilience are cross-cutting themes across AKF/MSDSP KG’s work.
Position Summary
Within the Procurement & Administration Department, a Procurement & Logistics Specialist (STTA consultant services) will be carrying out the quality service in the procurement of goods and services as well as in arranging the logistics of the meetings, workshops, and conferences. He will be responsible to provide overall procurement process including RFQs/RFPs, CAFs and FC contracting, communications with suppliers, contract management, payment processing, and reporting to the management in line with internal regulations.
