Summary of Position:
Support the day-to-day HR administration and operational services, as well as entry-level recruitment activities in support to his/her supervisor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical/logistical support to HR Team in general, particularly in recruitment, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, on-boarding, exit processes and employee relations.
- This includes direct responsibility for coordinating the recruitment processes for junior employees, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Responding to first-level employee grievances, under the direction of the HR Manager KG +KZ
- Developing on-boarding schedules, including scheduling (in conjunction with the Internal Communications Manager) and managing exit interviews.
- Support the C+B team in communicating matters relating to benefits and allowances at a local level.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff in the completion of HR Documents processes and procedures.
- Conduct administrative duties related to electronic and physical filing and registration in coordination with her/ his supervisor.
- Provide managers and staff with any work-related documentation requested and assist in drafting official documents such as contracts, orders, reports, letters, travel warrants, work confirmation letters, etc;
- Collaborate with supervisor and HR team to ensure HR practices in KG and KZ are aligned with HR practices across the university.
- Other tasks related to the core responsibilities and duties of this position, as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- At least one to two years of work experience in a customer service role
- Previous HR experience would be an advantage
- Experience in an international environment would be a bonus
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz both in written and spoken
- Excellent command of MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A self-starter with attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced, environment.
