Financial manager

World Bank Project Management Unit at the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of the implementation of the Project "Modernization of Tax Administration and Statistical System (TASSMP - P163711)" announces a competition for the position of Financial Manager in the Project Management Department (PMD) 

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in accounting, economics and finance or another related field (10 points);
• Practical experience in the field of financial management and accounting - at least 5 years (20 points);
• Experience as a financial manager, disbursement specialist, accountant in projects financed by international financial institutions for at least 3 years, experience in the World Bank will be an advantage (30 points);
• Professional certificates (ACCA, CPA, CIPA) in the relevant field is an advantage (10 points);
• Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian languages (written and oral), working level of knowledge of English (10 points);
• Ownership computer (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer) (5 points );
• Experience with the 1C accounting program is mandatory (15 points).
