Issyk-Kul Ring Road Improvement Project, Balbai Baatyr-Karakol section, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
The Kyrgyz Republic received financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the Issyk-Kul Ring Road Improvement Project, Balbai Baatyr-Karakol section, and intends to apply part of the financing to consulting services.
The Projects Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (PIU) seeks the following specialists:
The main task of the specialists shall be to contribute to the proper functioning and monitoring of the timely achievement of the tasks in their area in the course of implementation of the Issyk-Kul Ring Road Improvement Project, Balbai Baatyr-Karakol section, and other EBRD projects being implemented by PIU, under the supervision of the PIU Head.
PIU MOTC KR hereby invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants are requested to provide information confirming the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services requested.
