The Public Foundation “OSCE Academy in Bishkek” was founded in 2002 as a result of a partnership between the Kyrgyz Government and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE Academy promotes values and principles of the OSCE through research, education, professional training, and intellectual exchange. A professional and dynamic team, the provision of opportunities for the acquisition and development of qualifications in an educational institution with an international level of work and teaching are the advantages of working at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek.
The Visiting Teaching Fellow will contribute to teaching in the MA and BA programmes throughout the Spring 2026 semester by developing course syllabi, lecturing, grading, and advising students on academic aspects of the courses. Total teaching load is up to 9 credits per semester. Available courses are:
MA in Economic Governance and Development Programme
BA in Economics Programme
