Vacant position announcement: Procurement Specialist of the Project Implementation Unit.

Qualification requirements and evaluation criteria

  • Higher education in economics, procurement and logistics, business management, or related areas;
  • Certificates confirming professional knowledge and skills in procurement are an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a procurement specialist in international projects (ADB or WB will be an advantage);
  • Knowledge of procurement guidelines and procedures of ADB and other international organizations for the procurement of goods, works, and consultancies;
  • Excellent knowledge of public procurement procedures and advanced skills in working with the public procurement portal;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and advanced knowledge of English are mandatory; knowledge of Kyrgyz is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer).
