Vacant position announcement: Contract Management and Legal Specialist of the Project Implementation Unit.

Qualification requirements

  • Higher education in jurisprudence, economics, procurement, and other related fields;
  • Knowledge of constitutional, civil, and administrative Kyrgyz legislation, as well as knowledge of legislation in water law, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of legal technique and the main requirements for the preparation of contracts;
  • Certificates confirming professional knowledge and skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in Contract management for at least 3 years;
  • At least 5 years of experience in international projects;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Skills in preparing various Project documentation and reports;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and advanced knowledge of English are mandatory; knowledge of Kyrgyz is an advantage.
  • Computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer).
