Qualification requirements

• Higher education in hydro-amelioration, agronomy, and land reclamation;
• Certificates confirming professional knowledge and skills are an advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in hydraulic engineering, land reclamation, and land improvement. A good understanding of the work specifics of government agencies (District Water Management Department), water user associations, farms, and seed production enterprises;
• Experience in creating and introducing demonstration plots and organizing farmer field days.
• Experience in conducting farmer training courses and seminars on irrigation and agronomy.
• At least 3 years of international project experience;
• Skills in preparing various types of project documentation and reports;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken Kyrgyz and Russian. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer).
