Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Air Quality Improvement Project in the Kyrgyz Republic announces the competition for the position of "Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist"

Full-time assignment.

Qualification requirements:

• Advanced degree in engineering, political science, management, business administration, economics, sociology, technology, or other related fields;
• At least 5 years of experience relevant to the position, experience in World Bank-funded projects or other donor-funded projects is preferable.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience in preparing analytical and progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Experience in coordinating activities referring to surveys, studies, and performance assessments;
• Experience and technical skills in project management following WB and/or other international donor regulations and procedures;
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian, proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Skills in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
