The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as SBS KR), within the framework of the project "G1039-KGZ: "Almaty-Bishkek Economic Corridor Regional Improvement of Border Services Project" announces a competition to attract an individual consultant for the position of Construction Coordinator
A detailed description of the required qualifications and responsibilities is provided in the Terms of Reference attached here.
Interested candidates should submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) through the Consulting Management System (CMS) of the ADB (http://cms.adb.org) or submit documents in Russian and English using the ADB format (form attached), along with copies of relevant diplomas and/or certificates (all documents must be combined into a single PDF file), to the PMU of SBS KR at the following address: 163 Mederova Street, Bishkek, tel.: +996 550 332 276, or by email to: nbekmurzaev83@gmail.com no later than April 10, 2026, at 18:00 (Bishkek time).
The selection will be conducted in accordance with ADB procurement rules.
Applications that do not specify the vacancy title, contain an incomplete set of documents, are received after the specified deadline, or do not meet the requirements will not be considered.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
