As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position: Disbursement Specialist (for the Additional Financing)

Qualification Requirements:

  • Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or management (attach a copy of your diploma) and a certificate of completion (International Financial Reporting Standards);
  • More than 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll, experience in the healthcare system is an advantage (attach resume, copy of employment record book, or contracts);
  • Knowledge of accounting theory and practice, budgeting and cash flow management, as well as practical knowledge of working with 1C accounting software (attach certificates), knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Participation in international projects;
