 Internal Auditor of the PIU

As part of the project “Strengthening Regional Health Security”, the Ministry of Health, funded by the Asian Development Bank, announces a competition to hire the following individual consultant: Internal Auditor of the PIU

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the fields of accounting, finance, and auditing,
• Professional qualifications (CAP/CIPA, etc.) or certification in internal audit are welcome and will be valued higher.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of accounting and financial services, preferably as an internal auditor,
• At least 3 years of experience in state and (or) municipal service, or at least 3 years of experience in auditing activities in state bodies.

Terms of reference 

Interested candidates are invited to send their resume (the resume must be drawn up in the attached format, also attach copies of the work record book, or contracts, diplomas and certificates, and other supporting documents to the resume) in English and Russian, a motivation letter in English and Russian, as well as contacts of at least three persons recommending references for verification.
