PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT

Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic 

Air Quality Improvement Project in Kyrgyz Republic announces a tender for a vacant position: PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT 

Qualification requirements: 

• University Degree in economics, law, business, public administration, or other related discipline;
• 5 years of general work experience and at least 1 year of experience handling procurement at the national or international level;
• Availability of certificates in public or international procurements;
• Work experience in international donor projects and knowledge of the guidelines and procedures of the World Bank and other international organizations in the field of procurement of goods, works and services will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian languages, as well as knowledge of English, is an advantage.
