Project Engineer

The project implementation group of the ADB project "Rehabilitation of Toktogul HPP" Phase 2 and Phase 3, the executive agency of JSC "Electric Power Plants", announces bidding for the vacant position of Project Engineer

Minimum qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the field of energy;
• Practical experience in power companies (preferably generating companies) as an engineer or in a similar position for 5 years - preferred;
• Practical experience as a contract preparation and administration engineer in ADB or WB projects for at least 3 years;
• Practical experience in preparing technical specifications of bidding documents for the supply of goods works, and services, as well as for consulting services (contract preparation, signing, contract supervision, amendments, completion, etc.);
• Fluency in English (oral and written) to work fully with technical specifications, project documentation and contracts, conduct business correspondence, and work with consultants, contractor's, and ADB in English - strictly mandatory
