The Civic Engagement for Development Project, implemented by the GFA Consulting Group and funded by SDC, is seeking an experienced and qualified national expert on organizational development of crisis centers.
The selected expert will be responsible for supporting the selection and institutional strengthening of crisis centers in Kyrgyzstan through capacity assessments, strategic planning, and provision of core funding; facilitating staff trainings, enhancing coordination with public services, and promoting integration into national systems; supporting coalition building, policy advocacy, and awareness activities on domestic violence/GBV, while ensuring regular data collection and reporting; providing general assistance to the Team Leader and contributing to the broader project implementation.
