REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST 

The Agricultural Project Implementation Unit (APIU) of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, under the Climate Resilient Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (CRAVCD), hereby invites qualified persons to apply for the following positions:

• Production and post-harvest specialist (Terms of reference);
• Agribusiness Development Specialist (Terms of reference);
• CDS Development Specialist (Terms of reference);
• SESU Specialist (Terms of reference);
• Regional Specialist (Bishkek, Chui, Talas) (Terms of reference);
• Regional Specialist (Naryn, Issyk-Kul) (Terms of reference);
• Regional Specialist (Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken) (Terms of reference).

Interested consultants shall provide information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Expression of interest must be delivered (by e-mail) to the address below indicating the above-mentioned vacancy title. Deadline for submission is until 18 00,11 of July, 2025.

To participate in the competition, the following documents must be submitted:

• CV (in English and Russian languages) on ADB format (attached);
• Copy of passport (ID card);
• Copies of documents proving the required professional education, work experience, and qualification (copy of certificates and copies of documents on education). 

Please note that CVs should be sent in ADB format only. Otherwise, your candidacy will not be considered.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
