Francophonie Week 2024 in Bishkek

The French Alliance in Bishkek is happy to announce the holding of the 2024 edition of the Week of the Francophonie from 5 to 13 April. The week of events is organized jointly with the Embassies of France, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, Morocco, and the Delegation of the European Union. Switzerland donated computer equipment for more than 43 million soms to primary health care organizations in Kyrgyzstan

Today the Swiss Ambassador Olivier Bangerter handed over 320 computers, uninterruptible power supplies, and Kaspersky licenses to the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliev to support the technical capacity of Family Group Practitioners.

Health month among men launched in Kyrgyzstan

The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces the start of the republican campaign "Be Responsible!" targeting men aged 18 and above to identify risk factors that can lead to non-communicable diseases. Throughout February, men are encouraged to visit local primary care facilities for medical consultations.
