Osh - On September 22, the Osh Mayor’s Office and Public Union Youth of Osh officially signed the cooperative agreement as a part of the project titled 8x13 (8 municipal services and 13 territory councils) aimed at improvement of people’s confidence in local authorities and cooperation between them. The ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Osh, Aitmamat Kadyrbaev, the vice-mayor, Kutmanaly Abdrakhman uulu, and representatives of other municipal bodies.

The University of Central Asia (UCA) hosted its annual Independence Day football tournament on 30 and 31 August 2015. The qualifying matches were played at the University’s international standard sports facilities at its Naryn campus over two days, with the final hosted on Kyrgyz Independence Day. This is the fourth time UCA has hosted the tournament.

Today an expert meeting is held in Bishkek to discuss a Concept paper on development of the State Forensic Center (SFC) under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2018 years, which was approved by Order of the Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 82 on July 8, 2015.
