Public Organizations Intend to Amend Legislation to Protect Young People Leaving Institutional Care (Care Leavers)

Bishkek.The Public Charity Foundation Oasis, in cooperation with the Public Union Our Voice, plan to work with the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to amend the legislation and to promote the effective implementation of laws to improve the situation of young people leaving residential care. This initiative is supported by the Collaborative Government Program funded by the governments of the United States and the United Kingdom.

The Public Foundation “Sustenance and Development of the Rule of Law”, with support from the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, has been conducting a survey of judges of Bishkek and Osh on the website www.sot.kg where judicial acts and other information are to be published.
